So while I was leveling, I've done this quest. You don't need to kill Buzzard from Badlands to end it. Comment by I found many buzzard wings while questing outside of Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands.

Comment by The drop rate wasn't so bad for me. I got my 4 in about 10 or 15 minutes. Comment by Thottbot If you ever get tired running around the map looking for these birds, I found a nest of Giant ones lvl 40 at Loc: 16,57 the drops the same. They are located in Arathi Highlands.

They are all about level 32, which is much easier. I need 10 for the finding negolash quest in STV. They are located in a nice ring that lets you pick them off one by one. Comment by Thottbot You can just buy the damn recipe at Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands if you don't want to mess with the quest. Comment by Thottbot 18, 59 is a great place for several buzzards. Go to the BIG triceratops or whatever skeleton in the sand near the quest giver.
Comment by Thottbot I had no problem getting all the buzzard wings I needed in the badlands, and I was level Finding Rigglefuzz again was harder for me. Comment by Thottbot Once I was killing the "buzzards" and not the "starving buzzards", this really wasnt a problem. The final one was the worst, but all in all, I would say I killed about 12 for the 4 wings. The best place to find them, is around Agmond's End.
I dont use a cords site. There is alot of coyotes and cheetah style enimies there though, so watch your back. Also, there is a silver buzzard spawn that killed me twice. I have no clue what level it is, shows up as a skull for me. Comment by Thottbot These also drop off Roc's in Tanaris. From what i've seen very commonly too. Roc have just been attacking me and I decided to look if the wings were for anything. Glad I did. Tanaris is south of ratchet, can also say gadgetzan..
