Since everyone goes with EM2 boots Mercury's Treads , Berserker's Greaves , Sorcerer's Shoes , Ionian Boots of Lucidity , all you would have to do is fight them and when they run away just run near them with Despair on, and just watch their health go down.

I had something like that happen to me as Jarvan IV , I was zoned really bad so I only had EM1 boots while Amumu had EM2 and when my flash was on cooldown all I could do was run while my health went down and if I tried doing the flag pull to get away he would just Bandage Toss me and kill me with Despair walking near me either way.
